Lesley Ann Brandt, born 2nd December 1981, is a model and an actor who has been featured in a variety of TV shows as well as movies. Brandt, who began her acting in New Zealand's Diplomatic Immunity sitcom she made her American debut in the role as Naevia in the historical series Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actress has appeared in numerous TV series during the past 10 years. They include Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies The Librarians. Brandt was first introduced to the role of Mazikeen (the character that was played by Tom Ellis Lauren German, as well as Kevin Alejandro) in the urban-fantasy series Lucifer at the beginning of 2016. Brandt was born in Cape Town South Africa. When she reached her late teens, she relocated into Auckland New Zealand along with her siblings and mother. Brandt started her modelling career with ads and commercials. Before she became a renowned model, Brandt worked as a salesperson for retail and as a consultant in recruitment for the information technology industry. The first time she was featured, she landed her part in the New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity where she was given the character as Leilani Fa'auigaese. The first time she appeared was on Spartacus Blood and Sand in 2021. She performed the role of Naevia, a slave in the show. The actress has also reprised her character of Naevia for the prequel miniseries Spartacus: Gods of the Arena. Co-starring with actor Craig Parker in three different television shows: Diplomatic Immunity (2009) Spartacus (2010) and Legend of the Seeker (2008). In 2016, Mazikeen was cast as a bounty hunter in Netflix's hit show Lucifer. Her most important role up to now. In the show, she is co-starring alongside Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro and D. B. Woodside.
