Dwayne Douglas

Dwayne Douglas Johnson, also known as The Rock was born May 2nd, 1972 in Hayward, California. Ata Johnson (born Feagaimaleata fitisemanu Maivia) and Rocky Johnson (born Wayde Bowles) are his parents. He is the son of Johnson (born Feagaimaleata Fitisemanu Maivia) as well as Rocky Johnson (born Wayde Douglas Bowles). His mother, who hails from Amherst located in Nova Scotia, Canada is black. His father too is black. When he was a kid, Dwayne traveled around a often with his parents, and observed his father in the arena. During his high school years, Dwayne began playing football and soon was awarded a full scholarship from The University of Miami, where the student had a tremendous amount of success as an athlete. Dwayne had a back injury that slowed his back, and was forced to leave his spot on the NFL.
